Not quite happy with your purchase? No worries.

We offer a no quibble returns service for our online customers 

Please return in original packaging with a valid receipt (clothing must not be worn and tags must still be attached) within 7 days. Please note sale items as well as earrings and other body piercings are non-returnable. 

Any items returned after the threshold can be exchanged or a credit note can be given (these are valid for six months).

Include your invoice and note any reasons for return, we will refund within 8 working days into your account. 

Please note – We do not cover return postage or refund any postage or packaging that has already been paid. 

If you would like to exchange a garment – please make a separate order and send the unwanted item back to us (as above) or get in touch with our team for further help and advice.

In the unlikely event that the item purchased is faulty please note problem on invoice and we will endeavor to send out a replacement, on some occasions this may not be possible so we will issue a refund.  

              Alternatively, items bought online can be exchanged or a credit note issued in store. 

Delivery & Collecting In store

Our deliveries use Royal Mail 2nd Class OR Standard Evri delivery, with a fixed price of £2.99. We offer free delivery on orders over £30.

To do click & collect, select 'collect from store' at checkout, then collect within the 9:30-5 time frame, Monday - Saturday. This is free of charge.
