We offer a no quibble returns service for our online customers
Please return in original packaging with a valid receipt (clothing must not be worn and tags must still be attached) within 7 days. Please note sale items as well as earrings and other body piercings are non-returnable.
Any items returned after the threshold can be exchanged or a credit note can be given (these are valid for six months).
Include your invoice and note any reasons for return, we will refund within 8 working days into your account.
Please note – We do not cover return postage or refund any postage or packaging that has already been paid.

In the unlikely event that the item purchased is faulty please note problem on invoice and we will endeavour to send out a replacement, on some occasions this may not be possible so we will issue a refund.
